Bab-el-Mandeb strait out of Africa was in the past. The genetic record suggests
that the total number of Homo Sapiens at this time was between two and five
thousand, and between a hundred and fifty and a thousand migrated to the
Arabian peninsula. Over the next few millennia, they colonized along the south
coast of Asia in the direction of Indonesia and Australia.
